HR Coordinator

BKF is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our dynamic Human Resources team in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing our employee experience. This role is essential in executing HR functions that include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. • Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new employees.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Support HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with performance review processes and tracking employee development plans.
• Help prepare and maintain HR documentation, including job descriptions and employee handbooks.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Travel to various BKF offices.

• The typical base salary range for this position is $23 - $30 per hour and may vary depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid bi-weekly.
