Client Service Associate, Commercial Lines

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Commercial Lines team. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with the management of the entire account-service process

• Markets to carriers

• Prepares quotes and proposals

• Checks policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy

• Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums, as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You are perfect for this opportunity if you

• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

• Have at least 2+ years of related insurance experience

• EPIC Experience a plus

• Currently licensed in good standing

• Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

• Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Experience

The expected salary range for this position is $35-$38/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
