We are an established regional provider in the fast-paced light industrial and warehouse staffing sector. As our new Branch Manager, you will take full operational ownership of our Southwest Houston market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive business development, oversee localized recruiting operations, mentor internal staff, and manage overall branch profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Branch Operations: Lead and optimize daily branch operations to consistently achieve performance, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and client service excellence.
• Client Development: Expand market share through new business opportunities and consultative site visits.
• Recruiting Excellence: Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring robust pipelines and flawless onboarding.
• Financial Compliance: Monitor P&L, manage operational expenses, and execute workplace risk-management programs.

Qualifications

• Required:
• • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience in staffing, recruiting, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing.
  • Experience building and scaling teams in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing/recruiting technology systems.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.

  • Direct experience managing branch P&L, margins, and collections.
