As a Catering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality service and hospitality for our guests.
Who We Are Looking For
- Provide positive guest interactions and serve guests efficiently
- Knowledgeable of menu items and ingredients
- Resolve guest challenges and maintain a hospitable experience
Daily Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, suggestively sell, and deliver meals
- Call head to confirm catering orders for next day
- Ensure all catering orders are executed to a Premier level
- Communicate with Shift Leaders and Kitchen about Catering orders
- Follow up with Catering guests 2 days after their order
- Clean equipment, stock supplies, and prepare store for peak periods
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain a calm demeanor
- Adhere to hygiene standards and other assigned duties

- Clear communicator with high standards and personal excellence
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide training
- Ability to stand for entire shift and use CORE 4 model
