As an LCSW at Arrowhead Mental Counseling Center, you will engage in a range of impactful responsibilities, including:

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to protect patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating with a dynamic treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavioral health specialists to create coordinated care strategies for each patient.

• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment strategies and refine clinical skills.

• Providing education and collaborative support to clients and their families regarding treatment processes, mental health challenges, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n
