Seeking a Project Coordinator who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the business from the ground up, and build a real career path toward an Assistant Project Manager position. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with proposals: Pulling together accurate, polished bids that win work Supporting material procurement: Sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials so jobs never stall Helping the Project Manager with takeoffs: Measuring and estimating scope on upcoming projects Keeping projects organized, on schedule, and communicated clearly across the team What You Bring 2-3 years of basic construction knowledge (flooring experience a big plus) Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred A go-getter attitude: You see a gap and fill it Detail-oriented: Nothing slips past you Strong communicator with the team, vendors, and clients A hands-on learner who's coachable and eager to grow Ambition toward becoming an Assistant Project Manager Satterfield and Pontikes Construction, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
