Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff. Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Documentation: Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy. Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed. Requirements Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse. Passes background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
