Bartolino’s is a proud, family-owned staple in St. Louis, known for combining authentic Italian flavors with warm Midwestern hospitality. For over 50 years, we’ve served our guests with fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and genuine care. We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Breakfast Line Cook to help start our guests’ day off right with high-quality, made-to-order breakfast dishes.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service begins
Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively
Work efficiently during high-volume breakfast service while maintaining quality
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
Assist with prep work for upcoming services as needed
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely service
What We’re Looking For:
Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
