Role: Reconstruction Reconstruction Sales Professional We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Sales Professional with strong expertise in construction, restoration, and repair project sales. This role is responsible for generating reconstruction opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing estimates, and managing the sales process from initial assessment through project handoff. The ideal candidate has experience with reconstruction projects, estimating, customer communication, and coordinating with project teams to deliver successful repair solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage reconstruction sales opportunities following restoration or property damage events Meet with property owners, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders to assess reconstruction needs Evaluate project scopes, site conditions, and repair requirements Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and project documentation Explain reconstruction solutions, timelines, and project details clearly to customers Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate project scope and smooth handoff Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and active opportunities to drive revenue growth Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and project updates in CRM systems Monitor project progress and assist with customer communication throughout the reconstruction process Provide professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales support Work safely and maintain compliance with company and industry standards Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of reconstruction experience Experience in reconstruction sales, construction sales, restoration sales, or related fields Strong understanding of repair scopes, construction processes, and project estimating Ability to read and interpret project scopes, plans, and construction documentation Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build relationships with customers, insurance representatives, and project stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Experience using CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office applications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in field environments, including job sites and customer locations Benefits Competitive compensation package Career growth opportunities Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
