Lift Operator Full-time Regular AURORA DC, Aurora, OH, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.00 Annually Looking for a steady schedule, weekly pay, and a job where you can grow? Our Aurora Distribution Center is looking for a Lift Driver to join our team immediately. As a Lift Driver, you'll play an important role in getting products safely and efficiently where they need to go. You'll unload and receive incoming shipments, operate warehouse equipment, and pick and pull furniture from storage locations—including using a standing lift to reach products up to 40 feet above ground level. If you're safety-minded, dependable, comfortable working on your feet, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to have you on the team. What We Offer Weekly pay: Starting at $17/hour , with the opportunity to increase to $18/hour after 90 days Performance incentives: Earn additional incentives based on responsibilities, performance, and attendance Standing lift incentive: Potential to earn up to an additional $100/week Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid Time Off: Plus 3 paid holidays and 2 personal days Short- and long-term disability Room to grow: Many of our leaders started in entry-level roles and built their careers within The Wellsville Group What You'll Do Receive and unload incoming shipments while verifying product accuracy Operate equipment including dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and standing lifts Pick and pull product from storage locations up 40 feet above ground level Safely move and handle furniture weighing 100+ lbs. Keep products, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures Work with the team to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing 100+ lbs. Comfortable working at heights and operating a standing lift Previous lift or warehouse equipment experience is preferred Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a team Why The Wellsville Group?
