Business Development/ Client Enrollment Specialist- Addiction Recovery Program A New Category in Private-Pay, At-Home Recovery Support The addiction industry has lived with the same outcome for decades: a 70% return-to-use rate within six months of leaving treatment. Recovery Matters® was built to change that metric entirely — by helping clients reach one full year of continuous recovery (which gives them a 50% chance of reaching five years )… and five years gives them an 80% chance of lifelong stability. Our mission is simple: Increase the number of people who make it to one year of sustained recovery. And we do it through a model that sits outside insurance, outside treatment centers, and outside the limitations families are used to. We’re creating a brand-new niche: concierge-level, neuroscience-informed, fully at-home recovery support. Why This Role Matters With federal shifts (“The Big Beautiful Bill”) expected to reduce insurance access, families are actively seeking private-pay, premium, out-of-clinic solutions that provide the long-term support treatment doesn’t. This role places you outside the typical insurance farming BD roles into a recovery advocate creating long term after care and alternative care solutions. Programs You’ll Represent 30-Day At-Home Withdrawal Support Discreet, physician-guided stabilization with comfort meds (when appropriate) and optional companion support. RESET® & Neuro Reset® (12 Weeks) Biometric tracking, VR meditation, digital CBT, neuroregulation, monitoring, and coaching. 6–12 Month Concierge Continuums Identity work, specialized curriculums, milestone rewards, weekly care team support, and optional Recovery Capital Housing®. Every enrollment impacts two lives — supporting both the client and an underserved individual through the Recovery Matters Foundation (launching Q1 2026). What You’ll Do Engage your existing professional network Hold high-trust, confidential conversations Guide families toward clarity and alignment Present modern, elevated at-home recovery pathways Support smooth client onboarding Represent a program families immediately understand and value This is a relationship-driven role. There are no inbound leads and no incoming phone calls provided. Success comes from your established credibility and connections in the treatment or addiction recovery industry. Compensation & Structure No Salary Provided Up to $10,000 per enrollment Paid after signed agreement + finalized client payment 1099 Independent Contractor Simply achieving 1 year long program enrollment per month = $120,000 per year in income.
