** About the Role **

We’re seeking a highly organized and responsive Purchasing & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day purchasing and administrative needs across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, communicating with different teams, and making sure requests don’t fall through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with site teams and leadership to coordinate recurring orders, manage smaller purchasing requests, track approvals, and provide timely status updates. While purchasing or procurement experience is helpful, this role could also be a great fit for someone coming from office coordination, operations, customer service, or administrative support.

** What You’ll Do **

• Coordinate recurring purchasing and ordering activities across multiple locations
• Process smaller purchase requests and administrative orders
• Coordinate approvals and follow up on outstanding requests
• Track orders and provide timely status updates
• Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding requests, approvals, and order status
• Help keep purchasing and operational requests organized and moving forward
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for site teams and leadership
• Support additional administrative and operational needs as they arise

** What We’re Looking For **

• 1+ years of experience in purchasing, administration, office coordination, operations, customer service, or a similar environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
• Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
• Comfortable following up with others to keep requests moving
• Able to work across multiple locations and priorities
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
