Are you a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Armed Security Officer? Join our team and help provide a safe shopping environment for customers and employees while protecting company assets.

Position: Armed Security Officer
Location: Best Buy Retail Store
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the property.
Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the store and parking lot.
Deter theft, shoplifting, vandalism, and other criminal activity.
Monitor customer and employee safety.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations.
Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Requirements:

Valid Texas Security License (Level III Commissioned Officer).
Current Armed Guard Card.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
