Not only do we offer an education second to none, we also make time for personal and communal growth through opportunities such as FUNraising, team trainings, student clubs and much more.Admissions/Marketing CoordinatorThe Enrollment + Social Media Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals who are interested in enrolling in a Paul Mitchell School. He or she is responsible for establishing initial contact, building rapport, and conducting a qualifying pre-assessment of each prospective Future Professionals in scheduling and preparing for their school tour and career planning session, while providing them with answers to their questions regarding Paul Mitchell Schools education, the enrollment process, and opportunities for our graduates available in the beauty industry. The Enrollment + Social Media Coordinator works to drive leads into the school through social media, events, and community relations!What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced sales and advising position within the school. In addition to strong sales skills, this person should possess attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This person must demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior, and a high level of confidentiality. The position requires the ability to focus on a variety of tasks. He or she must maintain an organized and effective office and be able to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing, social media, event planning, and/or community relation-building background and the ability to manage goal-driven daily tasks efficiently, professionally, and with integrity.Skills/Competencies Required:Computer and data entry skills requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid work history with verifiable referencesHonesty and professionalismDetail -orientedAbility to gather create, curate, and edit content (pictures and/or videos) for social media platforms.Demonstrate skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members.Computer literacy skills including working knowledge of programs like Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, Adobe Premiere, and/or Canva are preferred.Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.Maintain professional appearance and demeanorKnowledge and a love of the beauty industry a plusDegree or broad experience in Sales, Marketing or Business, but not required.
