TMT Industry Strategy and Digital Media Manager

Opportunity As a TMT Industry Strategy and Digital Media Manager, you will support leaders by managing strategic initiatives and projects, representing their perspectives in meetings, and anticipating their future needs. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will coordinate leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, and promote consistent execution across sectors. You will collaborate across lines of service to enhance knowledge sharing and use technology and tools for sales and delivery. Responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations within digital media and the TMT industry. Coordinate and organize leadership team meetings and calls to facilitate seamless communication and decision‑making. Oversee research and data analysis to support strategic planning and execution. Promote consistent execution across sectors by collaborating with various lines of service. Use project management skills to plan, budget, and execute projects effectively. Encourage team development by mentoring and leveraging team members' strengths. Embrace technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and promote knowledge sharing. Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members to maintain professional standards. Validate data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the organization. Qualifications At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree. At least 4 years of experience in a related field. Preferred Qualifications Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields: Business Administration/Management, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Analytics. Demonstrated strategic planning and execution in digital media projects. Excelling in project management and operational execution. Embracing change and innovation in technology‑driven environments. Developing skills in analytical thinking and strategic questioning. Utilizing creativity and intellectual curiosity to drive business solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Compensation Salary range: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state, salary range: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
