Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of a Residential HVAC Installer to join their Buffalo, NY team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.

Competitive base pay of $25.00 - $30.00/hr or more based on experience

Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clients

Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns

Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job

Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

High School diploma or equivalent required

2-5 years of HVAC experience preferred

OSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required

Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills

The starting base range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00/hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
