Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues in heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment. Repair or replace faulty components and restore systems to proper operation. Install new HVAC/R systems and equipment as needed. Work with fellow technicians to tackle complex technical problems. Keep thorough, accurate records of all service, maintenance, and repair work. Respond promptly to urgent and after-hours service requests. Follow industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company procedures at all times.
