Key Responsibilities

- Manage recurring meetings involving assessments, observations, and process or procedure enhancements.
- Evaluate and analyze departmental procedures to identify weaknesses and improve overall efficiency.
- Support the development of requirements, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure departmental goals and expectations are met according to established timelines.
- Assist departments in making data-driven decisions through structured data gathering and analysis.
- Strong analytical experience in evaluating business problems and developing effective solutions.
- Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ability to manage meetings, documentation, and cross-department collaboration.
- Experience working with data to support decision-making and business outcomes.
