Key Responsibilities

Analyze and conceptualize solutions to business problems using cost-efficient and effective approaches.
Build innovative solutions aligned with management goals and objectives to improve departmental operations and procedures.
Manage recurring meetings involving assessments, observations, and process or procedure enhancements.
Evaluate and analyze departmental procedures to identify weaknesses and improve overall efficiency.
Support the development of requirements, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
Ensure departmental goals and expectations are met according to established timelines.
Assist departments in making data-driven decisions through structured data gathering and analysis.

Basic Qualifications

Strong analytical experience in evaluating business problems and developing effective solutions.
Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Ability to manage meetings, documentation, and cross-department collaboration.
Experience working with data to support decision-making and business outcomes.
