Senior Functional Analyst

Sr. Functional AnalystThis full-time position in the Houston, TX area offers an opportunity to work onsite as a Sr. Functional Analyst. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring systems, and supporting integrations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in software development and enterprise application support.Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Configure system records, including objects, fields, and page layouts. Develop and maintain business automations and system configurations. Support integrations and participate in solution design and testing. Troubleshoot issues and recommend scalable solutions. Ensure solutions follow best practices.Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields. 5 years of experience in system implementation, configuration, and customization. 3 years of professional software development experience with languages like C, C#, Java, or Python. Experience in delivering end-to-end projects from requirements to production. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Salesforce | SiteTracker | REST APIs | Agile/Scrum | Jira | Confluence
