Position Location: Houston, TX

We are seeking a strong business analyst to serve as a bridge between our international teams. This role demands strong finance and large data migration experience to facilitate communication and business processes between IT and various business team and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and workflows across international teams
• Interpret during live meetings and conference calls
• Ability to resolve conflicts between various teams
• 7+ years in business analysis within a technology or consulting environment, with demonstrated skills in documentation, dependency management, and impact analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Financials Module.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems and business processes, with a focus on continuity and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated experience of engaging effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams and developing strong interpersonal relationships.
• Project Management: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; certification preferred. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work with minimal supervision.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio (or similar).
• Previous consulting experience highly desired.
