Excellent communication skills… JD: Lead discovery by gathering complete, clear, and actionable business requirements with no gaps or ambiguity. Think strategically , challenging assumptions, considering future needs, and recommending solutions—not just documenting requests. Drive Agile delivery with hands‑on experience in Jira , user story writing, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and sprint ceremonies. Communicate and influence effectively across business and engineering teams, including confidently pushing back when needed to achieve the best outcome. Demonstrate ownership, analytical thinking, and a learning mindset ; prior real estate experience is preferred but not required.
