Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino is seeking a Cook 3 – Commissary Meat Preparation Specialist to prepare, cut, trim, portion, season, and store all meat, poultry, and seafood according to recipes and food safety standards. You will support kitchen operations by ensuring proteins are prepared accurately and efficiently for service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, 1 year meat prep experience, knowledge of meat cuts and sanitation, and the ability to work #J-18808-Ljbffr Hyatt Regency
