Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING Reliable attendance and professional image — you show up on time, polished, and ready Charismatic, high-energy presence — extroverted, naturally engaging, thrives in customer-facings moments Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect Comfortable with POS systems and site technology Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets How You Show Up — Ecw Competencies Customer-Centric Approach — Demonstrates positive customer interactions, listens actively, and follows service standards to create a great customer experience.
