Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or outpatient clinic settings preferred.
• Familiarity with manual therapy and patient education approaches.
• Experience working in a 1:1 patient care model and collaborating with therapy aides.
• Willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule. Most clinicians work five 8-hour days; 4x10 schedules may be considered.

Clinic Overview

• Outpatient physical therapy practice with seven clinic locations in the area.
• Recently shifted staffing model and has been utilizing travelers to meet ongoing staffing needs.
• Competes with several large hospital systems in the surrounding area.
• Recent investment in shockwave therapy technology.
• Strong emphasis on manual therapy and patient education.

Patient Caseload

• Primarily 45-minute treatment sessions, with some 30-minute appointments.
• 1:1 patient care model. Therapy aides are available to assist clinicians.
• PTA caseloads are similar to PT caseloads. Typically one PTA per site.
