Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation, knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, experience taking depositions and attending hearings, and a knack for case preparation and strategic thinking. They'll bring an aptitude for handling liability matters, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional legal writing abilities. A keen work ethic and a team player mindset are essential for success in our dynamic legal environment. Product liability experience is a plus but not required. Job Duties and Responsibilities Conduct legal research, analysis, and case reviews to support our clients' interests. Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Engage in effective client interaction and reporting. Collaborate with our team to develop litigation strategies and tactics. Craft persuasive legal documents and arguments.
