About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to work in close collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer and other executives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's M&A and strategic growth agenda, with a focus on long-term value creation. This pivotal role involves partnering with senior leadership to identify, cultivate, evaluate, and execute acquisitions and other strategic initiatives that are in line with the company's vision and goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Development position at the company should have a proven track record in M&A and strategic planning. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to assess and pursue opportunities that will contribute to the company's growth and success. A deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of working cross-functionally and with external partners, and will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A background in finance, business, or a related field is typically required, with an advanced degree being a plus.
