Overview: Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within healthcare facilities across the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical housekeeping and linen services with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply a thorough seven-step cleaning process to ensure assigned areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety, including patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Manage linen processing tasks such as sorting, drying, ironing, folding, packing, and distributing clean linens while maintaining inventory and quality assurance.
• Perform inspections and maintenance of assigned equipment, promptly reporting any repair needs.
• Deliver supplies and medical records to satellite locations as required.
• Adhere to departmental policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards to protect patients and staff.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations by showing courtesy, compassion, and respect in all interactions.
• Support teamwork by collaborating with peers, assisting with tasks, and communicating effectively with supervisors.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and participate in safety and preparedness procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or support services is advantageous but not required.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow detailed cleaning and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings and holidays.
