Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care duties including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing floors to a high gloss using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
• Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning and maintenance materials.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Maintain and report on equipment condition, ensuring timely repairs.
• Adhere to departmental standards and participate in training and meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations through courteous and respectful interactions.
• Support legal and regulatory compliance by reporting any concerns related to safety or conduct.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy of all individuals within the facility.
• Work collaboratively with team members, offering assistance and fostering a cooperative environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers, providing updates and seeking solutions.
• Report safety incidents promptly and follow established safety protocols.
• Participate in disaster response duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a related support services or maintenance role is advantageous.
