Job Details Job Location: 37-Louisville Mercedes - Louisville, KY 40245 Part-Time Receptionist Louisville Mercedes! Schedule Wednesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation $16.00 per hour Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Assist customers with general inquiries and route them to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Provide administrative support as needed, including light clerical tasks. Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Mercedes-Benz brand. Qualifications Previous receptionist experience or experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers, multi-line phone systems, and basic office software. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
