Flow is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to lead a multi-discipline legal team for a fast-scaling real estate and technology platform with global ambitions. You will own corporate governance, M&A, real estate, IP, product counsel, and litigation strategy at the executive level.
You'll partner with finance, product, and engineering to scale the business responsibly, implement AI-enabled workflows, and build scalable legal infrastructure while mentoring a growing team across geographies.
