The primary responsibilities are maintaining daily census, billing and cash collections, payroll, and the accurate reporting of same to corporate personnel.Additional responsibilities may include:Billing/Collection for Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care (Room and Board, Private Pay and ancillaries) claimsAssisting employees during benefits enrollmentProcessing resident refunds in a timely fashionCoordinate with insurance companies to define billing requirements and assure proper payment of claimsAssist with select onboarding duties for new employeesQualifications for Business Office ManagerRequired: 1-2 years' experience in health care related accounting/billing.Required: 1-2 years' experience billing Medicaid, Medicare, and Private insurancePreferred: experience with Point Click Care.Preferred: experience reviewing payroll.Preferred: Bachelor's degree.Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel.A desire to work with seniors.This position works 8-5 Monday thru Friday.Are you trustworthy and respectful of others?
