Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a trusting and positive rapport with patients through compassionate communication and active listening.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are customized to the unique circumstances of each patient, considering their backgrounds, challenges, and goals.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with patients to monitor progress, provide support, and modify treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness, utilizing clinical evaluations and feedback from patients to inform practice.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of patient interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
