Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their mental health journey.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose various mental health disorders, utilizing both clinical evaluation and patient self-reporting.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and circumstances of each client, adjusting as necessary to ensure progress and effectiveness.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, referring clients to specialists when additional support is required.

• Document all sessions and communications in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required prior to starting the position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
