Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, emotional distress levels, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring alignment with clients' unique concerns and aspirations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques to address diverse issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Provide couples therapy aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening emotional connections between partners.
\n
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans in response to clients' progress, highlighting successes and addressing challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including client histories, treatment plans, and progress notes for all therapy sessions.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal guidelines while advocating for clients' rights and well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and various healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to client needs.

• Stay current on best practices through ongoing professional development and training, integrating new techniques into therapy practice.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to deliver therapy services in a secure and confidential virtual environment, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported during sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Communicare, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples facing a plethora of mental health challenges. Your insights and expertise will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes, achieve personal growth, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the State Board.

• Strong foundational skills in assessment, formulation of treatment plans, and completion of progress documentation.
\n
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or couples therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
