Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide therapy to couples attending sessions together as well as individual therapy for each partner.
\n
• Engage with families to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to: Alcohol Abuse, Physical/Psychological Abuse, Grief and Loss, Family Conflicts, Communication Difficulties, and challenges related to Blended Families.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual and family goals and facilitate sessions that encourage healthy communication and resolution strategies.
\n
• Participate in regular case supervision and collaboration meetings with other clinical team members to discuss treatment progress and potential adjustments.
\n
• Document client progress according to compliance regulations and best practices to ensure effective continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns. Your expertise will help guide families through challenging transitions such as divorce, separation, and adjustments to new family dynamics. Compensation and Benefits\n
