This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of your own workspace. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you will engage with both individual and family clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring they have access to essential mental health resources wherever they may be.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Fort Behavioral Person-centered Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs.

• Collaborating with clients to co-create detailed, individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and preferences, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques.

• Implementing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address clients' mental health concerns.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Working in conjunction with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care that comprehensively addresses clients' needs.

• Maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines while documenting client interactions and treatment plans accurately.

Qualifications\n
