Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Synchrony Mental and Behavioral Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to address evolving needs.
