Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions in a remote setting, with the option to meet with clients in person as needed.

• Designing personalized treatment plans that address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions that draw from a diverse array of methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), systemic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Actively participating in case consultations and collaborating with our multidisciplinary clinical team to enhance treatment approaches and outcomes.

• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining comprehensive client records to comply with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engaging in continuous education to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse array of clients, including couples, families, children, and adolescents. You will address a variety of presenting concerns such as:

Compensation and Benefits\n
