Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at White Plains Inner Healing Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families to determine the most effective treatment plans.

• Engaging with clients both individually and collectively, focusing on enhancing communication skills and resolving conflicts.
\n
• Specializing in a variety of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that promote healing and growth, ensuring the active participation of all family members when appropriate.
\n
• Documenting client progress and outcomes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to align treatment goals and ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
