Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while maintaining a strong connection to a qualified and supportive team. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., designed to facilitate a work-life balance conducive to your professional and personal growth. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Native Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing sessions that may include individual, family, and group therapy, and telehealth options.
\n
• Completing essential documentation for each session, including treatment plans, diagnosis reviews, and case notes, following company policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilizing innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to help clients achieve their mental health goals while fostering a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Collaborating with case managers, medical personnel, school staff, and other community resources necessary for holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise in understanding and addressing a variety of mental health needs will directly impact the well-being of those who may be facing challenges such as addiction, trauma, and familial conflict. Compensation and Benefits\n
