Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress meticulously in accordance with company policies.

• Manage and maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth channels.

• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients, ensuring a compassionate and empathetic approach in every interaction.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and healthcare professionals, to coordinate services and facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients set and achieve personal goals, aiming for tangible improvements in their mental health.

• Prepare and submit thorough session documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, adhering strictly to company guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is essential for this role.
