Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, establish treatment plans, and implement effective therapy interventions.

• Maintain a client caseload of 25-30 visits per week, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to company policies and standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals to close gaps in care within the community.

• Employ innovative therapies and techniques to help clients meet and exceed their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each session, including progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and compliance with organizational guidelines.

• Coordinate care with case managers, medical personnel, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Annual salary ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 based on qualifications and experience.
