Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status and needs, utilizing DSM-5 criteria to formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic techniques fitting client goals.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, helping to de-escalate situations effectively and ensuring clients receive necessary support.
\n
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records, including treatment notes and updates in compliance with HIPAA and organizational protocols.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights from therapy sessions that contribute to overall treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and connect them with community resources and support services.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops to remain current with best practices in mental health intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who experience varying degrees of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each client presents unique backgrounds and needs, allowing you to adapt your therapeutic approach and build meaningful connections that facilitate healing.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Oregon is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
