Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, employing evidence-based techniques that address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop collaborative treatment strategies that include ongoing progress evaluations.

• Document client progress through timely and accurate clinical notes, adhering to department policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and immediate support in challenging situations.

• Facilitate discussions with clients' family members or support systems to integrate them into the treatment and discharge planning processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Safe Ground Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This role requires a keen understanding of the various issues individuals and families may face, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and transitional life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and teletherapy platforms, to facilitate effective client communication and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, and trauma-informed care can enhance the effectiveness of your practice within our organization. Compensation and Benefits\n
