Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, or other integrative methods.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality care for clients.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrist, to deliver integrated care strategies and address complex client needs.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in clinical supervision to promote ongoing professional development and accountability.

• Stay abreast of the latest best practices, participate in continuing education workshops, and maintain required licensure and certifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, supporting individuals and families dealing with relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their challenges and foster resilience, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon is required.

• Proficient understanding of systems theory, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic approaches specific to relational dynamics.

• A true passion for working with couples and families, helping them to overcome their unique challenges.

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and capable of adjusting therapeutic practices for virtual settings.

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to self-motivate.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant therapeutic setting

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience level, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
