This position is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your schedule with flexibility. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured yet accommodating setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately assess mental health conditions, utilizing your expertise to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a dynamic caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely and comprehensive documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, in adherence to organizational policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families, fostering collaborative relationships with case managers, medical personnel, and other community resources.

• Employ creativity and evidence-based interventions in therapy sessions to inspire and guide clients in achieving personal growth and addressing challenges.

• Document individual sessions in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and reported.
