This position is fully remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from your own space while leveraging telehealth technologies. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses and collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while ensuring that all ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates and treatment plan reviews, meets the organization's standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, working in partnership with a variety of stakeholders to enhance mental health initiatives in the community.
\n
• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients achieve their personal goals and facilitate positive behavioral changes.
\n
• Document each session thoroughly, following company protocols to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate and coordinate with case managers, family members, and other professionals involved in client care to provide comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Native Health Center, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your role will be instrumental in addressing a range of mental health challenges, including relational issues, trauma, anxiety, and behavioral health concerns. Your understanding of cultural competence will be key to foster an environment of acceptance and connection with clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential for this role.

• Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans, along with a solid understanding of family therapy services, is required.

• Demonstrated experience with mental health documentation, including clinical notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic assessments (DAs).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective dialogue with clients and other professionals.

• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and demonstrate professionalism in all client interactions.

• Willingness to clear a background check prior to employment.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
