Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients through initial assessments and ongoing therapeutic interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, seeking support with issues such as marital conflict, family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to implement varied therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Colorado.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment and treatment methodologies, particularly in family systems and relational therapy.

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
