Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions and facilitate appropriate treatment plans, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of issues including crisis intervention, addiction, and dual diagnosis disorders.

• Demonstrate proficiency in various evidence-based treatment modalities, adjusting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and providers, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment planning.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, preparing reports, letters, and relevant communication with third parties (with client consent) to secure necessary resources.

• Engage in regular consultations with other team members regarding complex cases, ensuring a unified approach to patient care.

• Utilize best practices to deliver behavioral health services in line with organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n
