Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to meet the needs of clients in individual, family, or group settings.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Manage a caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours weekly, determined by your comfort and professional goals.

• Engage actively in providing crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, and various counseling approaches, including couples and family therapy.

• Collaborate with licensed clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care, participating in interdisciplinary team discussions to enhance treatment planning.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions in alignment with best practices and regulatory compliance, including electronic health records management.

• Take part in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing mental health disorders, dual diagnoses, and unique family dynamics. You will provide care through telehealth, ensuring accessibility for all clients, and address issues such as stress management, relationship challenges, and addiction treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services, demonstrating clinical competence and expertise.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health records is essential for delivering seamless client care.

• Experience in working with individuals or families with behavioral health challenges, both through in-person and telehealth settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 per year based on your experience and qualifications.
